Hi, I’m Heather..

I’m a movement guide, wellness coach, and creator of The Still Waters Method.

But before I became a coach, I was a woman trying to feel better in my own body.

I know what it’s like to push through fatigue, carry stress in your shoulders, and feel like your body’s trying to tell you something… but you don’t know what it’s saying.

I’ve spent years guiding others through wellness, running businesses, and teaching Pilates — but what changed everything was realizing this:

You don’t have to fight your body to heal it.
You need to listen.

That’s what I help women do now — listen deeply, move gently, and rise powerfully.

My approach isn’t rigid or trendy. It’s slow, cyclical, and deeply somatic. We work with your body, your breath, and your nervous system to create real change — from the inside out.

Whether we’re moving together, creating space for rest, or exploring what nourishment really means for you — this is about returning to yourself.
